Breakfast Lunch Supper

Nothing beats a good set of solid utinsils. They should be solid stainless steel and you'll need only the basics to start. A good pitch fork, a spoon, and a really good flipper/ scraper. I've had these three basic utensils for many, many years. The do not break, they won't melt, and they last forever!! It's also nice to have some premium utensils made by local blacksmiths such as ladels, pokers, and turners. The make cookouts so much more rustic and fun to do.

Dont forget your gloves. Millions of burns occur each year. They can be avoided by using the appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves and glasses.
